Prices, discounts, and offers may change without notice. The applicable price is the one shown when you submit the order (and indicated in the confirmation). Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, duties, customs charges, and shipping/handling fees.

You agree to provide truthful data and update it promptly (including email, addresses, and payment details). You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to charges due, including applicable taxes and fees.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are indicative. We are not responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs, or force majeure. Risk transfers upon delivery to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier; if you choose a carrier not offered by us, risk transfers when the goods are handed to the carrier you chose. Content, trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, video, audio, design, and layout of the Services are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to us or our licensors. The Services are hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide them. Sales made in our store occur directly with Armonello. You understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for purchases or disputes between you and Armonello. We reserve the right to correct errors/inaccuracies/omissions and to update information or cancel orders not yet accepted at any time, without notice, within legal limits.

You agree to hold Armonello harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of the Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful use of the Services, within legal limits.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

19. WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

No failure to enforce a right constitutes a waiver. The Terms, together with the policies published on the site (including Privacy, Returns & Refunds, Shipping), form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, superseding prior understandings.

20. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer the Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer the Terms without notice, within legal limits.

21. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

The Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers residing in the EU/UK/USA, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable. Jurisdiction: the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile; for non-consumer users, exclusively the courts of Pistoia (Italy).
