We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Product Eligibility

  • Item is new, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original packaging, tags, and seals intact (where applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order number).

Exclusions

  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Intimate items.
  • Gift cards.

How to start a return/exchange

Open your request directly on our website: https://armonello.com/en (Returns/Exchanges section). You will be asked for:

  • Your Shopify order number,
  • The products to be returned/exchanged and the reason,
  • Photos/videos if the item is damaged or not as described.

Return Shipping Costs

    The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a size exchange for the EU (see below). Restocking fee will not be applied.

    Free Size/Color Exchange (EU)

    Within the European Union, we offer a size/color exchange for the same item with the return shipping at our expense, subject to availability. If the desired item in the size/color is not available, you can choose to return it with the return shipping at the customer's expense.

    Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive a defective/damaged item or one not matching the description, open a case on our site (armonello.com/en) within 30 days and attach photos/videos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability.

    Refunds

    • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
    • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Credit cards may take longer due to bank processing times outside our control.
    • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault/defect.

    Timelines & Notes

    • Warehouse processing of returns may take 2–5 business days from receipt.
    • Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number until your case is closed.
    • Items that are ineligible (used, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not attributable to us) may not be refunded.
